Limits
When you see a 403 or 429, check your quota and concurrency here before debugging your client config.

1
Check balance and quota
403 means balance, permissions, or quota limit was hit. Top up or wait for quota to reset.
2
Concurrency and rate limiting
429 means an administrator-configured request-rate or concurrency limit was reached. Limits may vary by user group; use the window and request count in the error message.
Reduce concurrency and retry with exponential backoff plus jitter. The API does not currently guarantee a Retry-After header.
Requests from multiple terminals and tools count toward the same user limit.
Common Errors
- Misreading an insufficient balance error as a Base URL or Key error, then repeatedly changing config.
