Refund Policy

ApiHub uses a prepaid credit model. Unused credits purchased within the eligibility window may be refunded to the original payment account.

Last updated: 2026-08-03

1

Credit model

ApiHub uses prepaid credits: purchase credits first, then consume them per API usage.

Credits are service credits for ApiHub usage, not bank deposits or transferable cash balances.

2

Eligibility

**Eligible:** Unused credits within 14 days of purchase.

**Partially used purchases:** Only the unused paid portion of that purchase is refundable. Consumed usage is not refundable, and the refund cannot exceed the original order payment.

**Not eligible:** Free, promotional, bonus, or expired credits; credits already consumed by API usage.

Requests may be declined for policy violations, fraud risk, unverifiable orders, or an existing payment-provider dispute.

3

How to request

Email support@apihub.ink with: account username or email, order ID, purchase date, amount, and reason.

Support may ask for additional information to verify account ownership, payment status, and usage records.

4

Timeline

Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment account. Timing depends on the payment provider and your bank — ApiHub cannot guarantee an exact date.

The corresponding credits are deducted upon refund completion.

5

Disputes

Do not file a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting support. Unilateral chargebacks may result in account suspension and affect future refund eligibility.

Common Errors

  • Requesting a refund after 14 days — usually ineligible.
  • Consumed credits are not refundable; usage records in the dashboard are authoritative.
  • Filing a chargeback before contacting support affects account status.

Effective August 3, 2026. ApiHub may update this policy to reflect payment-provider rules or applicable law and will publish the updated date here.
