Terms of Service
These terms govern ApiHub accounts, API Keys, billing, and service usage. Using ApiHub means you agree to them.

Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account info, the confidentiality of your API Keys, and all activity under your account.
Rotate or revoke keys immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, leaked credentials, or billing errors.
Acceptable use
ApiHub may not be used to generate illegal content, spread misinformation, send spam, build malware, circumvent access controls, or violate applicable laws.
Reselling API access without authorization, sharing credentials, abusing rate limits, or circumventing billing mechanisms is prohibited.
Billing and credits
ApiHub uses prepaid credits. Requests may be rejected (403) when balance is insufficient.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. See the refund policy for details.
Service changes and termination
ApiHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service, usually with advance notice. Policy violations may result in immediate suspension.
Third-party models and availability
ApiHub aggregates third-party model services. Model names, capabilities, prices, rate limits, and availability may change when upstream providers change.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, temporary outages, upstream changes, or model removal are not a guarantee of permanent availability.
Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for evaluating model output before using it in high-risk decisions.
Contact support@apihub.ink first for billing, account, or service disputes. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Effective August 3, 2026. Continued use means acceptance of the then-current terms; material changes will be announced through the site or account notices.
