1

How is ApiHub different from the official OpenAI or Anthropic APIs?

ApiHub is an API aggregation proxy. A single ApiHub key gives you access to GPT, Claude, and other models without registering separate accounts for each provider.

2

What payment methods are supported?

Top-up is currently processed via the payment methods available at checkout. Credits are available immediately after a successful payment.

3

What is the difference between balance and quota?

Balance is the monetary credit in your account, consumed as you use models. Quota refers to the usage ceiling for your current plan or billing period; once hit, you must wait for a reset or upgrade.

4

Are failed requests billed?

Requests that do not complete generation (401/403/429) are generally not billed. Requests that partially complete (e.g. a 5xx mid-generation) are billed based on actual tokens recorded in usage logs.

5

Do I need to set environment variables every time for Claude Code?

No. For daily use, persist them in Windows user environment variables, ~/.zshrc, or ~/.bashrc. Use project-level .claude/settings.json when configurations must stay isolated. They load automatically on startup.

6

How do I confirm which model handled my request?

Check the model field in the response body — it returns the actual model ID. You can also filter by request in the call logs in the dashboard.
